- Check-in from 2:00 PM

- Arriving after 8pm? Call on the day and we will sort it out
- Free on-site parking, usually right outside your room
Groups and multiple rooms
More than two rooms on the same dates is worth a phone call rather than a booking form. Longer stays are not: weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically on the booking screen.

Arriving and staying
How do I check in?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM at reception. If you are arriving later than about 8pm, call (02) 7228 4020 on the day and we will make arrangements so you are not standing at a dark door.
Where exactly are you?
453 Tweed Valley Way, South Murwillumbah NSW 2484, on Tweed Valley Way just south of the Murwillumbah town centre. There is free parking on site and the entrance is off the highway.
Can I get an early check-in or a late check-out?
Sometimes, depending on the bookings either side of yours. Ask the day before and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Who do I contact if something is wrong during my stay?
The same number. It is far better that we hear about a problem while you are still here than read about it afterwards.
