Where the 10% comes from
When you book through one of the big travel sites, that site takes a commission of roughly 15 to 18% of what you pay. It is a real cost and, like every accommodation business, we have to price for it.
Booking direct removes that cost. Rather than keep it, we take 10% off the nightly rate automatically. Same room, same bed, same check-in. There is no worse tier of inventory reserved for direct guests.
Rate parity, plainly: we will not be beaten on price for the same room and dates. If you find our room cheaper somewhere else, call (02) 7228 4020 before you book it.

Questions about our rates
Do I need a promo code to get the direct discount?
No. The 10% is applied automatically when you book through this website. There is no code to enter and no sign-up.
Why is booking direct cheaper than the booking sites?
The large booking sites charge a commission of roughly 15 to 18% on every reservation. That cost has to be priced in, so the rate they show carries it. Booking direct removes the middle step and we pass most of it back.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, and you do not have to ask. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically on the booking screen once your dates reach that length, on top of the direct discount.
Is midweek cheaper?
Usually. Sunday to Thursday is the quietest part of our week, and the gap widens outside school holidays and event weekends.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Cancellation terms are shown against each rate on the booking screen before you pay. If you are unsure, call us before you book rather than after.
